You can enjoy breakfast in our conservatory, and choose from our wide menu. But, whenever you arrive, you can be guaranteed a warm welcome. There are many opportunities to keep yourself occupied from energetic sports such as surfing and sailing, to golf. Alternatively, there are many more leisurely pursuits, such as walking around the historic parts of Tramore and Waterford, Within the wider South East region, there are numerous activities to keep you occupied. We have details of many drives which you would enjoy around this part of the country.
Location
Tramore town is 10km from Waterford City, once in Waterford City follow the N25 towards Cork and branch off along the R675 for Tramore town. At the outskirts of Tramore go to the 2nd roundabout, and take the last exit. (Ring Road) Follow this road to the end, passing Tramore Golf Club on the right. Turn left at the end of this road and veer left again. There is a wide entrance on the right with 2 large stone piers marked Newtown Hill. Turn in here. We are the 3rd house on the right.
